Information Request: Gifting Retirement Assets

Gifting Retirement Assets

If you are married, the primary beneficiary would be designated as your spouse, and the secondary (contingent) beneficiary as the charity that you ultimately want to bless with these assets. If you are naming multiple charities, be sure to include the percentage to each charity on the form.

If you are single, the primary beneficiary would be designated to the charity that you want to bless. If you are designating multiple charities, please be sure to include the percentage to each charity on the form.

If you have questions or are encountering problems in changing the beneficiary designation of your retirement assets to charity, we would be glad to offer our assistance, call the Anderson University Institutional Advancement Office at 864-231-2147, or PhilanthroCorp at 800-876-7958. There is no cost or obligation for their services.

Your privacy is completely respected.
